1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gt99c website accessible at gt99c.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised views, and APIs.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any country or jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the gt99c Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and gt99c:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and resources available to players experiencing gambling-related harm.
• Any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated at the time a promotion is offered.

Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions shall govern.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are the beneficial owner of the funds in your Account.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of gt99c or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by gt99c for violation of these Terms & Conditions or any predecessor policy.

gt99c reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the gt99c Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, gt99c reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus funds.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and bKash or Nagad account details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. gt99c accepts no liability for failed deposits or withdrawals resulting from incorrect account details provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gt99c username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gt99c will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gt99c support immediately.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gt99c is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. gt99c reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before a player's first withdrawal.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

gt99c supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. gt99c does not accept or process cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (or as otherwise notified in your Account)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳200,000 (standard tier; VIP players may have higher limits)

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during peak staffing hours (10:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Withdrawals requested outside of peak hours may take up to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take 1 to 3 business days. gt99c does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Deposit Failure & Reversal

gt99c is not responsible for deposits that fail due to errors made by the Player, including incorrect recipient numbers, incorrect amounts, or use of an unsupported payment method. Failed deposit funds will be returned to the originating payment source within 1 to 5 business days. gt99c does not hold failed deposit funds beyond this period.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the gt99c Platform are subject to the specific terms communicated with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are provided at the point of offer and supplement the conditions set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds expire automatically upon the expiry deadline; no extension will be granted except at gt99c's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing offsetting or hedged bets across multiple Accounts or platforms to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes on casino games during bonus wagering.

Where bonus abuse is detected, gt99c reserves the right to void all bets placed with bonus funds, forfeit all bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without prior notice.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The gt99c welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus at the time of their first deposit. Deposits made before opting in, or subsequent deposits, are not eligible for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is not available to Players who have previously held an Account on the Platform under any name or payment method.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and binding when the Platform confirms acceptance via the bet slip confirmation screen and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account Balance. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that the bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. gt99c does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except as described in Section 7.3.

7.2 Odds and Market Availability

gt99c offers pre-match and live in-play markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and the Dhaka Premier League), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Markets may be suspended or removed at gt99c's discretion, including during periods of high volatility, technical issues, or when information asymmetry is suspected.

7.3 Void Bets

gt99c reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.
• The odds offered were clearly erroneous (palpable error) due to a technical or human error.
• The relevant market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a system error.
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a period of 72 hours without completion.
• Evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the relevant event is confirmed by the relevant governing body.

In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned in full to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 Maximum Payout

gt99c applies a maximum single-bet payout of ৳5,000,000 and a maximum daily payout across all bets of ৳10,000,000 per Player. Bets whose theoretical payout exceeds these limits will have their stake proportionally reduced at the time of placement. Players will be notified of any stake reduction via the bet slip before confirming.

8 Casino & Instant Games

The gt99c casino and instant games section — including slots, live casino tables, and crash-style games such as Plinko and Astar Live — are provided through certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real equipment operated by a professional dealer under studio conditions. gt99c does not control, modify, or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game logic. If a round cannot be completed due to a persistent technical fault, the game provider's internal records will be used to determine the outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt99c Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud gt99c or other players through misrepresentation, manipulation of game outcomes, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. gt99c is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of manual human action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format on the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for funds validly deposited and used on the Platform. Accounts subject to unresolved chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.
• Underage Use: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

10 Responsible Gaming

gt99c is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the Account settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the gt99c Platform — including but not limited to the brand name gt99c, logos, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of gt99c or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from gt99c.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt99c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other intangible losses.

gt99c's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gt99c does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gt99c makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for a particular purpose.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gt99c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gt99c will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at gt99c.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is published.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gt99c operates as a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform and is committed to fair play and transparent operation for all Bangladeshi players.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or Account transaction, you should contact gt99c's support team in the first instance. gt99c will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied following gt99c's response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process described in the support response.

Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. gt99c will not investigate disputes raised outside this period except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
